STAR NET Region II and VI
The Center serves parents of, and professionals who work with, young children with special needs through STAR NET Region II and VI serving the communities of suburban Cook County, as well as these other counties in Illinois: DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Kendall, Kankakee, Grundy, Will and LaSalle County
Services include a broad range of resources and information for parents and professionals, including workshops, on-site presentations, technical assistance and funding for training. STAR NET programs address children from birth to age eight.with a focus on children ages 3-5 who receive Individualized Education Programming (IEP’s) and the professionals in schools who support their early education.
