Registration Information
You may register by fax or mail using the registration form.
We do not accept telephone registrations. 
You may REGISTER ONLINE. Select 'New User Registration' to create a login/password for yourself. You will then be able to register immediately.
Registrations must be received three weeks prior to the workshop date. Be sure to read our general policies regarding registering for workshops, cancellation, and attendance.

Please be sure we have your most updated and preferred email address so you do not miss out on professional development opportunities. To be sure your email address is accurate, send an email to Aida Lopez at alopez@cntrmail.org with your name, program name, phone number and email address so we can be sure to update our records. If you are new to our system, we may ask you to complete a contact information form by fax.
