Walk-Through Registration
The Walk-Through is a live, half hour online orientation
to using the Horizon Wimba
Live Classroom. Note: You must attend this online Walk-Through before
you can attend any online sessions.
Before attending this Walk-Through session, you must:
- Successfully complete the Setup Wizard
- Obtain a microphone and speakers or a headset with both. More
info about microphones.

for Walk-Through
We are in the process of creating a new registration procedure for Wimba Walk-Throughs. Until it is in place, please take the following steps as a temporary way of registering for a Walk-Through:
a. Go to Excellence in Adult Education Website:www.excellenceinadulted.com/
b. Click on the “Calendar of Events” on the left side of the screen
c. Find a “Horizon Wimba Walk-Through” that is at a date and time you can attend
d. Click on the session to find which Service Center to contact to register
e. When sending an e-mail to that Service Center , be SURE to include the name
and date of the Walk-Through and your name/school/phone number.
